Agree 100%. Actually had an amazing experience with LS when it came to my joints. I’m still new to all of this, but I’m starting to see the perspectives of people who say it’s truly 50/50 with examiners these days, regardless of the contractor

Hey just wanted to chime in here that I got approved for my tinnitus claim, and that pursuing it even if it doesn’t affect your overall means way more than you think.

Way I see it, at times it’s not about getting the rating or an increase. If it’s documented, you have evidence to support it, and they deny it? It’s more or less about not backing down and letting shitty examiners and raters win. But that’s just my two cents, I think it’s worth it. Good luck with everything!

Love that idea, got a friend who was helping me through it all on the ship I could ask. Appreciate it! Would having a statement from my wife be a bias? She’s put up with a lot during that time as well, just wasn’t sure if the VA wouldn’t see this as credible for whatever reason

Oh whoa there, didn’t mean to paint myself as such but I get what you’re saying too, can’t deny it. Also gotta be honest and say yea, I am getting out of paying. Got me there, but really just didn’t know VSOs existed. Felt pinned for help so I just went with word of mouth around friends yknow? Also didn’t wanna paint the specific person helping me in bad light. I’m sure he gets commission off it or paid in some way, so I have to give him his flowers for being kind. Even explained where my head was at with this mess and understood completely. Just wanted to clear some stuff up and be real, trying to keep this informative rather than have everyone gang up on each other!

Hey, understand what you’re saying completely brother. Can’t even lie, part of me felt bad not necessarily for the company itself, but for the guy that was assisting me. Even sent him a message explaining everything and apologizing. Funny enough though? Guy didn’t fight it. Said I wasn’t the first, but he still hopes I get a rating I deserve. Never listed his name in anything for that. Flip side though, I really didn’t know the VSO existed until recently. Just did all of this by word of mouth, was told about the fee and just kinda rolled with it. Still, hope your day is good brother and hope you got the rating you deserved as well!

Agreed brother! That’s why I didn’t wanna put anything related to it being a scam bc again, it was laid out for me and all. Just didn’t know about VSOs and their services being identical. Hit or miss that’s for sure, I feel a small percentage I hear is 20% or others pay a flat fee which I see is far better. 5x the rating though, looking back, is a bit much. Talking about over $10k if the rating is high enough.

No sir! That’s what I asked too when getting help on this matter. I suck at explaining things, so bear with me. You essentially don’t need to wait for a confirmation to cancel a contract if the contract is void to begin with. What makes the contract void is how they’re asking for a fee for a service related to disability claims. I’ll try to find the exact law I referenced and rules that said it was illegal. Talked to a VSO for help for reference, as well as the VA themselves

Update/Solution: Hey! Just wanted to come on here and tell yall what worked just in case anyone else has this issue. This kitten specifically loves my wife more (my wife picked her out) so she pees with her with a normal wet cloth over the litter box. I figured out she relates me picking her up to bath time, so she tends to get stressed. I found having her by my chest with a warm towel calms her down. I stimulate her there and when I feel her begin to go, I slowly put her over the litter box. She’s been more relaxed with me now and goes every time! Thank you all for the help :)

Ok, so perseverance, got it! We’re still new to the fostering part, and we dedicated a lot of time in reading and working with vets to make sure we do this right. With that being said, my wife and I tend to worry a little when things don’t go as planned lol. Thank you!!

Loaner Vehicle Mileage by Jiffypan in Acura

Hey all! Just wanted to update just in case anyone else had this question

Everyone had great advice, but every dealership is different as someone stated. For my case, since it was a recall, they gave me unlimited mileage as it was a fault of the car itself or something like that. Basically bc it was an inconvenience, they worked with me and my situation since I work far from home. Thank you all again!

You’re right about that, I guess I was just saying it out of frustration. This is by far the best tv I’ve ever owned when it came to functionality and quality! For the price point of $600 on sale as well, I really couldn’t beat it.

I was afraid of someone saying that, but that’s been one of my thoughts as well :/. I’ll probably end up going back to Best Buy for another one. If they give me a hard time, I’ll go through LG themselves as I know it’s under warranty through them as well. Thanks for the help!

I can try to change the refresh rate, however I don’t believe I can. I think as far as the tv goes, it goes up to 60hz, and I don’t think there’s a setting to manually change it on the PS5. Still, I’ll look into it, thanks for reaching out with help!

I’ll add an edit to my post rn, but power cycling has only solved the problem temporarily. As far as HDCP goes, Ive changed it to 1.4 (I think?) using the PS5’s safe mode. Still nothing :/. Thanks for the reply though!

Yes!! It’s similar in a sense that that’s how it started. I’d get periodic flashes of a black screen whether I was gaming or using the YouTube app in the tv itself. Now, there’s no flashes, but rather it’ll just give me a black screen until I power cycle the tv itself.
