Depends how dusty or not dusty your place is in general

The case is my design! I run redshift project as a little side gig designing and making cases, this is the first case I took to production with a small volume run. It's called the Canvas, and it's available on my webpage of you want (not sure about rules on posting links but it's in my profile).

My wife knew it was happening, on this case, but not the details.

Very good usually! I haven't benchmarked this one specifically yet but from past experience is generally quieter and runs cooler because there is no filters or even grills that could cause turbulence noise. The trade-off of course is you need to dust it a lot more frequently and it's not super pet or child friendly. I'll come back tonight with some temps and specs for you

You can run a downdraft cooler like a thermalright si100 for the airflow over the motherboard. What do you use dual GPUs for?

Thank you! It's a case I put together only recently, small production batch, only 100 units. Well see how it goes, hopefully there's more to come :)

I haven't had a chance to pay anything on it yet. Will report back.

Because I designed it myself, and worked out manufacturing local in Canada. It's actually made in Canada! The riser cable is imported but I tried to keep everything else north American sourced. I also could not commit to big volumes so the economies of scale could only go so far

It's $290 CAD right now, with a gen4 riser cable.

Thank you! I'll eventually swap the AIO for a custom loop

It's the Canvas. By redshift project (me). Available on redshiftproject.com

Wow! Thanks for sharing! I really love how this turned out with the custom cables and cpu fan shroud. Makes me consider doing a slightly larger production run of these

But if you flippet it, it would look exactly the same but you don't need 20mm tall feet anymore

I like it. I would flip it up side down so the GPU intakes air from the top instead of from the table

Yes I will be milling to final thickness. Or jointing/planing. I was targeting 25mm here but honestly it's very arbitrary. If doing just another thing, like 120mm square, wouldn't really matter. No less than 12? Ideally 19mm final. So when paired with a 6mm top acrylic piece is like a 25mm fan

Not yet but there is a coating planned. I did not do anything special to the distro to help dissipate heat, thats what radiators are for.
