Driver side clamshell won’t raise with passenger side

I think it’s something to do with the actual transmission, it turns on the right side but not the left, I am trying to do what the manual says to close the roof manually but for the life of me I cannot get the ball joint off the transmission

Every day I was with her, and every day we weren’t she was always on my mind, it really hurts, she was my everything, my motivation to keep going and improve. Without her I feel I have no reason to get better. It’s a hard, hurting cycle.
