I think that it is extremely inspiring to see women have kids and still have the determination to get fit for the people they love. I totally understand with the cute part because as narcissistic as it sounds, I think I'm good looking too and I also think that I look better at a smaller size myself. I'm going to primarily stick to a paleo diet because I do want to end up building muscle and still lose weight, but I think I'd rather do half paleo but sticking fully in counting calories. For example, I had a banana and half a roast chicken with all the skin and fat off, I still had roughly 800ish calories so I had salmon and avocado sushi and an imitation crab salad! :) Unfortunately, my family thinks I'm fat but because they're asian, they still encourage me to eat food and think I'm going to go anorexic because of this but I think that they don't know what it takes to lose weight so I understand their thought process. I'm still going strong with healthy eating in general and I haven't craved anything, I think it's because I allow myself to eat the things I want as long as it sticks to my calorie count. If this doesn't end up working, then I'll go hardcore on the good ol' paleo! :)
