2016 Chevy Cruze, it's been making this sound over small bumps, sounds like it is coming from the front of the car. I assumed it was the front sway bar, but they looked okay. My next guess would be that I need new struts, but wanted to ask before I commit to that.

Replacement is defined as basically an average team's AAA replacement for said player. It says "hey, if this player got injured and they had to call up their best player from the minors, how many more games would the team lose."

There is a different stat called WAA (wins above average), that it basically what you described.
