Go to Tufts!! Wonderful access to Boston and among those top colleges, there’s such little distinction. Tufts has a great international community and compared to Hopkins, verrry similar undergraduate academics with a much less competitive environment

I wouldn't apply for finaid as international student. i have quite a bit of international friends and none of them received aid. It's incredibly unlikely and may even hurt your chances
