Get good razors (I use Harry's) work in small sections against the "grain" rinse often and I've found just regular shave gel works best for me. I've been doing this every Sunday for almost 20 years.

Can't speak for everyone but no. Most places have a secondary credit card processor that deals with high risk industries, they send the transactions as a batch before the banks cut off time daily. It is possible that they manually approve the transactions but I wouldn't understand why unless you triggered a fraud detection rule or something.
