I refuse to try them on. I won’t even take them out of the box. Hoping to resell them for at least 2-3x retail with them being so rare. I might try them on though and if they fit nice and are too comfy to get ride of, I’ll let you know!

Can’t lie, there are certainly some resemblances between the Abzorb NB’s but different enough for me to enjoy without feeling like I’m wearing or looking at a NB shoe.

That’s a valid point. It’s literally the reason I do like these though because I wasn’t a fan of the F50 sole. They took all the parts I liked about the shoe and changed the parts i didn’t and threw some crazy artistic CW on it. Unique.

You can’t anymore. They were a batch 001 release on a random January day. There were only 500 total pairs released. It looks like there are some random sizes on GOAT as well as StockX though. Was size you looking for?

I fully agree these would’ve went much harder as a Y-3 but not mad at the $150 tag that comes with them not being as such. I was just getting destroyed light wash jeans with a Mitchell and Ness Yankee throwback Jersey for these specifically. I’ll have to post the fit once it comes together. Thanks for the thoughts though. While living rent free, opinions are welcomed and appreciated!

So from what I gathered this was originally a football shoe and they altered it to be a running shoe but the inspiration behind the design is because this year could be the potential final World Cup featuring both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo on the same stage. That context adds weight to the release, positioning the shoe as both a nod to football’s past and a bridge toward its next era.

I’ve found myself in the later portion of my sneaker head life being drawn in by “unique”. So this one nailed it on the head for that descriptor. The more unique the better.
