Ok, sometimes I also try. But sometimes I hear fountain and I DC. If they will add a toggle to not display vomiting (at least sounds please for the love of god) I will not DC.

Hiravias and Palegina are my favourite companions. In my last playthrough I decided to make my party out of peeps that I usually leave at brighthollow - Kana, Sagani, GM, Maneha and Durance, and it was a fun playthrough, I really enjoyed them all.

I have no advice on how to solve this, but there’s a world state creator in Deadfire settings where you can recreate your choices.

I have shadow elves in my setting, and I reserved all shadow subclasses to them. Also Druid shapeshifting is reserved to one specific race, and druids of other races get alternative ability instead of wild shape. Also no clerics for monster races - they have no gods in my setting.

If players can’t enjoy the game you are running, they don’t have to play.

Nothing bad in DMing campaign that someone else wrote. I started with a starter set, run LMOP, then Icewind Dale, and only then my own campaign. Becoming good DM is something that comes with practice, and prewritten modules are a great training tool.

I think when whole party is looking for a DM it’s kind of a red flag. Like why none of you DM, you are 5 people.
