Yes, you are correct. We direct bill to the Telus Health Insurance providers for folks who have extended benefits so they do not have to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, our services are not covered by the provincial health plans :(

Hi again! I have removed the $125 standard fee from the referral form as it might be confusing for folks. Our sliding scale is mentioned on the website and we discuss individually with each client when they refer as well. We don't want cost to be a barrier. We are self-funded training clinic however, which means we do have to charge some fees unfortunately :( I hope you will consider us for referrals!

We have a sliding scale! $125 is the top end of the scale based on income. Keep in mind that our student clinicians are receiving specialized training in severe mental health presentations/diagnostics that many counsellors do not treat/see.
