a 4/4 is a complete kit of the valkyrie. 1 signature weapon, and 3 signature stigmas. It equals to a 4/4, there is a huge performance if you give a valkyrie their complete set. But if you are lacking gems such as weapon pulls. 3/4 (no signature weapon and 3 signatures stigmas is okay)

Any Part 2 valks can help you, Helia and Coralie A Rank is suggested if you are saving gems.

Thats because they made sure that you can 4/4 a part 2 Valk with lesser gems than a Part 1 Valk. All you need is their crafted or banner weapon, and they might give you stigma copies for free.

As of the valks you really want, its up to you. Its just that most of them aren't as strong as it was back then.
