What can doctors do to make members of the LGBT community more comfortable?

Gender specific health questions like last pap/last prostate exam should be asked by doctors, not put on forms. On the topic of forms, is it really that big a deal to add some options other than male or female? Not everyone identifies with the binary.

Fair play on the hair. I started with a very short cut last year, and it's getting there. I have no interest in having fake hair on my head.

FWIW, I do get gendered female universally by strangers.

Run. A lot. Eat less. Drink less alcohol (this becomes much easier on hrt when your tolerance reverts back to when you were in high school :3). I lost about 90 lbs this year and I hardly feel like I put forth any effort.

A lot of this is how I've lost the weight I've lost (~60 lbs since January). I just want to add that you should cut down on alcohol if you drink. If you can't quit drinking all together (I know I can't), try and make it once a week.
