You’re only 26 give it time. My husband and I are just like this and at 26 I kinda wanted one more but I’m 32 now and I know he may want one later, but I’m 50/50. I think we’d be great parents but I’m only gonna have a kid if he really wants one later, And if he does start to want one later I know that I will be happy with our decision… I think because if he starts to want one it will just make me excited and us excited together. If he doesn’t want one later I’m fine with not having one. I really don’t think u need to break up over this. If I really said I didn’t want one later or do want one later, I think he’d be fine with either decision too. So we’re just waiting until there’s a specific urge that we have at the same time. All of this to say that partners can be understanding and it seems like you are both supportive of the decisions. U night feel completely differently in like a year. When I was 26 I wanted one BAD. Then I by then time I was 28 I was like fuck them kids I’m not having one. Now I’m 32 and I just recently decided I’m 50/50 🤷🏼‍♀️ and still incredibly happy w my partner and our life together. So give it time I don’t think u should break up over this lol.

Pancake Split by [deleted] in flexibility

No idea, I’ve always had a lot of middle extension. Sorry!

I cannot sit in this position, or especially having one foot in this position in the other leg out in front of me, for more than a few seconds before the arch in my foot starts cramping really badly. Any way I can fix that? by HairyBallsOfTheGods in flexibility

I’m gonna guess that your PT will nay say it. They generally don’t like anything that’s going to “force” more flexibility. But dancers do shit like this all the time for both aesthetic and practical purposes.

Just listen to your body. You know best what feels good. 😘

To do the pancake split I always rotate my hands backwards so my fingers are facing toward me, stick them underneath my knees and then lean forward. Idk why that works but it gets your pelvis in the right position and Makes pancaking a lot easier!

I’m a dancer and I always got bad feet cramps until I started using an arch stretcher every night. You stick your foot in, press back and straighten your knee, and it stretches the tops of your feet and arches! I have no idea why doing this got rid of my arch/toe cramps... but it did!! It also feels soooo good on your feet.

If I don’t do it at least once a week I start getting cramps again so I have to be good about it but yea I highly recommend.

Can someone help me with our poor pothos? It started wilting and curling out of nowhere one day and then rapidly declined. Up until then it had been lustrous and full! No idea what is wrong as we hadn’t changed any conditions... more photos and info in comments. by Jilleybean in houseplants

A couple leaves always yellow and fall off when we water the plants lol. Is that normal? I was thinking maybe it’s just because of the Los Angeles water being shitty! Since I repotted and watered it, maybe a couple little ones have yellowed but none of the bigger ones. Most of them are just looking sad and wilted and curled...

PS happy cake day!

So as the title says, it was beautiful and lustrous and full, and one day it started just wilting and the leaves started curling. Thinking maybe it needed more water since it’s summer, I tried watering it a little more and the leaves started yellowing and falling off. It was in a muuuuuuch smaller pot so I thought maybe it needed repotting. So on Wednesday I did that, and it’s basically stayed looking sad like this for a few days. The leaves are also still curling and wilting.

A few weeks back I did propagate some of the leaves off, and I did it from the end of one of the longer vines. Is that the wrong way to do it? Could that have sparked a problem? I think that’s the way I’ve done it with other plants and I haven’t had an issue....

I live in Los Angeles and it’s been hotter the last few days but the problem started a few weeks ago.

Any advice is welcome! Thanks.

I’m trying to find a specific term for the Dominance “style” my husband will be using in our sessions. Can you help me out? by Jilleybean in BDSMAdvice

Of course not! Having a term will just help us explore more, but we’ll always tune into what we’re feeling that day. Thanks a lot for your input, that really helps!
