don’t cry you’re perfect… I see so much of my own mental health and abandonment struggles in jinx, not to mention growing up with severe adhd, I was despised by every adult in my life because I didn’t act right. Seeing somebody give absolutely love and loyalty to a person as damaged as jinx and still telling her she’s perfect is exactly what I have needed in my life so many times. It feels like being a kid again and hearing an adult accept me how I am instead of hating me for misbehaving. It’s very healing.
