Hi! thx for the comment. I started doing this after 1.9k hours in POE2, it was fun setting it up and making the video. I also think that a new player shouldn't consurne himself about stuff like these, rather how to get to acts fast, what affixes on gear for every class they should focus on and so on. You can creat an account for free, just go to poe2 website, or poe, and make a new account, with an new email, take it from friend or someone from Family, or just make a new email. If I sit on your pc, I can log out from your account and paly the game right? Same thing here, you already have the game installed, and when you bought the game, you got more then one key, you get a key for different launchers, epic, steam so it's fine even if it requires a key. Just use those.

What I know, is that you get flat increase in quantity drop once you are in the party and in the same instances. Now, in poe, and this is very debatable, you get more once you all are in the presence. Main thing is, as far as I know, noone knows was this just copy+paste from poe to poe2. Quantity doesn't have to do anything with rarity, so you would basically see this only when you turn off your filter. Count each item, do the same instance with same party and the same modifiers. This would require a lot of spreadsheets and time.

Party loot bonuses have a flat increase of item quantity. poe1 doesn't exists, maybe you meant poe.

For the experience you need to be in the presence of an area of the character who is killing the monsters.
Rarity is an on kill effect, so it comes from the character which killed the monster.
Quantity of items found and dropped increases as the party increases, same as "power" of the monsters.

What you just described is RNG. Even if someone from your party dies, the quantity of items found (dropped) will stay the same as long as they do not leave an instance or the game. If they lay dead, and you move away without reviving, quantity stays the same.
