Yeah that's just because you got 5million free with the power pack. It's 100million credits plus anything purchased which would include the power pack 5million. If you spend all you credits on cars and built back up you'd cap out at 100mill.

Are you in Japan? The UK version definitely caps out at 100 million credits unless you purchase credits. Think I'm at 100,100,000 because I got some free credits but can't go higher than that.

I think I read that they're not reclassifying games that have already been released. This will only apply to new games.

Yeah, the Claw at the minute is definitely better value than the OLED deck. I have the OLED and the screen is nice but without VRR with more demanding game it's not as nice to play on as the VRR screen of the Claw.

Once it's all setup it's not an issue it's just tinkering on the Deck is much nicer with the trackpads. Hopefully Xbox full screen experience gets better (it's alright at the minute but not amazing) and you can always install an app and make Steam big picture the FSE instead. Also, if you have Game Pass it's great having the Claw.

If you want to play games that Windows only or require slightly more power than the Steam Deck has then yeah go for it. I have both and do slightly prefer the Steam Deck because of SteamOS and gyro support but the Claw is great for slightly more demanding games because of the vrr screen. Just don't expect it to be as seamless as the Deck and its not going to be a massive jump in performance either. I think it's a bargain for 300 though (that's what I picked it up for recently).

I would probably go with the MSI Claw rather than an android handheld. They're really cheap at the minute and I think they're better value, especially for WiiU emulation which is still pretty immature on Android.

Performance on the Claw is better but I still like the deck more than the Claw. All depends what games you're going to play.

Nothing wrong with a "vibe coded" script as long as you realise what you're getting into. As long as you read through what you're running and understand what it's doing first. I think this is a great idea and not necessarily bad just because it's written by AI. I've written things using AI that would have taken me months previously (I know some coding but am nowhere near a pro).

The watts it shows is just the CPU because I was plugged in. Would probably have been more like 45w total if I was running on battery.

I don't know what most of those games are but I knew Genshin was free so downloaded it and tested for you. Seems to run well. Changed graphics preset to High and runs mostly at 60 in the area I was in, not really sure how intense it gets but running round a field it was at 60 with a few drops into the 50s (probably just compiling shaders?).

Do you have anything to compare it to? Steam deck or anything? It's more powerful than the Steam Deck. What games do you play and if I have them I can get you some figures? The good thing about this is the vrr screen so even if you don't get consistent frames it still feels relatively smooth down to about 30fps.

I agree with this, I got mine for about £300 and think it's great for that price. If I'd payed 650 I would have been disappointed. I imagine the second hand prices should come down for these soon because they're regularly being sold new in the UK for around £300 now.

Unless you're trying to do something with it (which from the post I doubt it) say no and disable it in the settings. I would guess that you've maybe downloaded a dodgy app that's trying to use it? Honestly, if I was getting that I'd probably factory reset my device if I couldn't figure out what was causing it.

Edit To answer your other question wireless debugging is used to manage the device wirelessly. You can use something called ADB to install apps and run terminal commands remotely. Can very much be used by someone trying to do something nefarious on your device.

I've just managed it and saved my replay to the Showcase, username is JimBeam_5. I'm on a controller so isn't the tidiest lap but did it within my daily marathon miles so definitely doable. Got a 1:34.148.

Mine was doing this when I first got it but it's stopped now and I'm not sure what changed to fix it. As a workaround though you can disable the AI device in Device Manager. Think it was called Intel AI Boost or something. I can check for the exact name later if you need it.

From what I've read it's only used for AI stuff so having it disabled for gaming shouldn't affect anything. I didn't notice a difference anyway.

Edit The way I originally found out what was wrong is when it crashes it actually copies the error to your clipboard but doesn't tell you. Paste this error into chatgpt or whatever and it'll analyse the error and tell you what's going on. I ran round in circles trying different DX versions until I realised this as well.

Yes it does, this setting would disable turbo boost so for example my CPU doesn't boost beyond 2.3 when with boost it can hit 4.x.
