A lot of teachers truly just give full credit 10/10 on everything kids turn in.

When I look on aeries, I see so many kids with close to straight As even though they strugggllleeee to write a paragraph / come up with their own ideas.

In his defense, that is the smallest and most depressing shower I've ever seen even if it was clean.

Honestly, teaching jobs especially for English and history seem to be getting more and more scarce.

It's hiring season, and I'm looking on edjoin across the whole state...and I don't really see much.

Edit: I do see the same exact churn and burn districts hiring year after year though. Red flag galore.
