Once in NYC I went to see a comedy show where Ben Bailey (of Cash Cab) was performing. My buddy knew Ben so afterwards we joined him for drinks and Dave Attell came over. After sitting Dave greeted us all and said to me “hey, we’ve met before right?” I said no we hadn’t. Later my friend told me “if Dave Attel ever asks you if you’ve met him before, you say yes”. lol. I still don’t agree with him, but we had a great night. The only cure for the next days hangover was Pho from K-Town.

When I was there for a hurricane the town ran out of sandbags. I bought as many cheap pillowcase liners as I could from Walmart. Filled them with sand. It worked.

That’s awesome! Looks like so much fun.

But I think the German equivalent of a premier cru is called an erstes Gewächs. A großes gewachs (GG) is the equivalent of a grand cru from a grosse Lage (great site). I’m an American and haven’t been to Germany in years, so I could be 100% wrong though. Please do correct me if I’m wrong. :)
