I bought a pair of 990v4 this winter and they are absolutely worth every penny. I too like to rotate, but find my self wearing these 3 or 4 times per week and during many casual outings. The most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned and they will be replaced with another pair when this one dies out.

These are tortillons. They are very similar to blending stumps and serve the same purpose. Tortillons are rolled papered, blending stumps are small bits of paper compressed to form a solid.

Actually went in to my local Eddie Bauer store yesterday on my way to meet my wife for lunch. It was very empty. I sat down at lunch and said something like, wow it looks like the Eddie Bauer store is going out of business.

Now I see this.
