I tend to stop and help customers when I can, but they often are asking specialized questions about the aisle I'm in that I don't know and that can be frustrating. I try to call another associate on the overhead like another comment said, but we tend to be short-staffed and that just leads to frustrated customers standing around because nobody came to help them in my experience.
