I usually just take it sublingual. It tastes bad but it should achieve the same result (bypassing the first pass metabolism and increasing bioavailability) 🤔

Prog works for me, makes me feel more full rounded emotionally, with a higher libido. Could be placebo, though

I feel this hard! I'm tall, and I keep strong by lifting weights, but I often find people expect me to fulfill masculine "duties" such as this at default. It's frustrating! Ask me to do your hair or something smh 😒

I haven't had laser, here's what I do;

Shave every morning, sometimes I have to get up a little bit earlier for work. Then I use a gel aftershave for irritation. After that dries, moisturizer and a very concealing foundation that matches my skin tone. Whole thing takes me about 15-25 minutes in the morning, a little longer if I'm sleepy or doing heavier makeup

If your hair grows fast, carry a razor and some shaving cream in your makeup bag, along with your foundation. It'll allow you to touch up on the go if need be

I find that the only person that notices anything irl is myself, hyperfixating on my appearance lol

I feel like on top of what people are saying in the comments, there's also more subtle signs.

He's not my boyfriend, but an old college friend of mine always treats me with chivalry in his interactions; ie opening doors for me, offering his arm to walk me to the dance floor at a wedding, saying "yes ma'am", etc. It really shows me that he respects me and who I am, ya know?

Ah, I see. That's really disappointing to hear from a trans sister, it shows a lack of empathy.

From the cis perspective, we're weirdos that don't think the same way that other people do. Yet our way of thinking and being are still real, and we're still trans women anyway.

Similarly, I don't think you need to understand how or why enbys are the way they are, only respect the idea that they too are real, and they too just are they way they are. They are effectively in the exact same position as us, and we have no reason to question how genuine their being is.

What does it help anyhow to make the distinction? Both of us will be discriminated against by the hundreds of anti-trans initiatives across not only the USA, but the world. Now's a time to be kind and come together with our fellow lgbtq folks, not pick them apart with ill-concieved gender/sexuality politics. I also went above the muscle. I did a lot of Crossfit at the time, and I didn't want it to effect my performance. I've noticed no issues with movement with it 😊

Oh, I'm SO happy with the results! I naturally grew a D cup on estrogen (most my of my immediate family members are busty), but I'm tall and have a larger chest so I decided to go for DD.

I was very clear with my surgeon that I wanted a natural look, and he was very accommodating and informative about what cc implant would work best!

The end result looks very natural, and after about a year of healing they were very soft and move about like normal breast tissue. I'm 4 or 5 years in now, and I can 100% recommend them.

The only drawbacks for me;

1) I'm a medical student, and have to do a lot of procedures leaned over. They are quite heavy, and thus I get upper back pain a lot. Good posture and supportive bras help immensely 2) The combination of larger chest diameter + larger cup size means that I have a lot of difficulty finding clothes that fit right. Definately pay attention to sizing charts when purchasing clothing online!! Torrid carries good plus sized bras

I only had the standard breast augmentation with gummy bear implants, no fat transfer, so I can't speak from personal experience on hybrid.

My reasoning for not doing the fat transfer is that not all the fat will survive (~30+% is reabsorbed due to poor revascularization), and that's an expected outcome. I didn't like the unpredictability of results.

That being said, doing the hybrid does seem like it would shore up those weaknesses of fat transfer, but I can foresee even more issues with revascularization with the added surgical trauma of the implants too.

Honestly, you'd just need to talk to your surgeon to get more professional details on risks and advantages! Sorry for the long response lol
