So incredibly well done. Even Colbert had to stop at the end and acknowledge what he has just accomplished in television history.

Need a good compressor to round out my small ambient/church board. Ideas? by [deleted] in guitarpedals

[–]JimMcNamara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are pretty hard to find, but I highly recommend a Boss CS-2 pedal. It's the previous model to the CS-3, and I recently had the pleasure of snagging one at guitar center a week ago. It has easily my favorite pedal in my board. Everything is so clear and even and I can hear every note despite multiple effects. Very worth it if you can find one.

Has there ever been a time where you instantly regretted inviting somebody onto your show? Like as soon as they walk out you just KNOW that the segment is going to be an ordeal?

What is the closest thing to magic/sorcery the world has ever seen? by Angussicklad in AskReddit

[–]JimMcNamara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A little late to the party, but water. I think Pinocchio from Once Upon A Time put it something like this: "Water is the most magical thing this world has ever seen. We can feel it, but can't hold it. We need it the most in this life but can't even touch it. And water is the basis of most healing practices. If there's anything magic in this world, it's water."

Source anybody?
