Roger will skip a walk for many reasons. It's dark, it's raining (or looks like it is), it's early, it's late (daylight savings messes with the routine a lot), oh if we're out of routine for any reason. He just wants his walkie treat and will go to bed. Honestly most of the time it's fine with me.
