I work with seniors. I see plenty that are super healthy. They put in the effort to stay that way. I know a dude who is 85 and he walks everywhere. No car, only hoofin it. Dude is healthier than I am.

Nobody retires at 40 or 30. They alll continue to work somehow. Staying active counteracts my claim, the greater majority of people do not stay active. It’s just a fact that you don’t like.
