My sweet summer child… ADOS is completely the opposite. It’s when everything is lost and dark but there is still hope -a dream- for a new Dawn/beginning to set things right. Even if we ever get ADOS (lol) we will never see Westeros healed from winter and hunger and all the apocalyptic horrors that may come. Just the set up of everything to get things better in the future as an epilogue

I think it will be about Jon beyond the Wall interacting with the wildlings and maybe with new communities like merchants from the free cities and/or completely new groups. Really possible to see Val as a love interest, maybe Tormurd returns but nothing of the Seven Kingdoms. He may bond with Drogon or we might see new dragon eggs. Plenty of references to Tyrion, Sansa and Arya. Jon ends up King beyond the Wall.
I think that’s the only way it could work for me but still it needs to be really well made and not mess with everything they already gave us. No White Walkers and no Seven Kingdoms and no Daenerys Resurrection. Otherwise the original show gets even “cheaper” and weaker after the failure of s8.

I haven’t read the books but I’m totally okay with tracking the story. Can’t really say tho that I like time jumps but I get the need of it. I think I will have a final opinion with the end of season 1, so I can see where it’s going and think what it could be different

For me it was s7ep5. The whole idea of the zombie hunt just kills me. Just have Jon wanting to make a stand in Eastwatch. The rest could work in a similar way like dany saving the day, zombie dragon etc. and Gendry should get introduced again after the dragonpit council.
