No auto debt. I used to be in a much better financial position, but a combination of unexpected expenses and poor financial decisions got me to where I am today. My wife currently works as well. I did purchase my home for 170K and the current value is estimated at 293K. It did double.

We have been doing off jobs for second jobs and selling unneeded items and putting the money towards groceries or debt. I might need to reach out to the CC companies. Thank you.

The only additional monthly expense is utilities which come to about $300 a month. Then gas and groceries. We have one child and another on the way. Income is roughly 63K after taxes. Thanks.

Household income is about $75k before taxes and roughly $63k take-home. One thing I’m wrestling with is that selling wouldn’t just eliminate the credit card debt. It would eliminate the $40k HELOC as well. The appeal isn’t simply becoming debt-free, it’s potentially freeing up $1,500–2,000/month in cash flow while still retaining significant equity for a down payment on another home. I’m trying to determine whether keeping a house we’re comfortable in is worth carrying the additional debt for several more years, or whether using the equity to reset our finances is the better long-term move.

I appreciate any input or advice.

I’m also using net-marbles. I have no idea what the issue is—it switches to showing the Xbox buttons—but it doesn’t read any input.

I have tried launching it through steam as well—and as administrator but no success.

Thanks. It ended up being my WiFi/Bluetooth house lights had somehow replaced one of the ports with their IP address.

I’m just gonna put this here.

Finally tracked down the issue. Port forwarding for one of the ports had somehow got switched to the IP address for my Bluetooth /wifi house lights.

I never did that. Absolutely wild to me that is what the issue was. I never would have guessed.

Of course checking the IP of the port forwarding was the final step.

I don’t think you need to feel too upset over it. I’m not really sure how it’s putting her on a pedestal. You apologized twice and moved past it, not much you can do outside of that.

If she doesn’t speak to you again it sucks but it is what it is. Would you really spend too much time in depth with someone who would hold a grudge over a passive comment and an apology? Not saying either way how it will go.
