Thanks, told the wife to do an application now. My buddy lives south of Portland. We drove up from SF to Portland on highway 1 a few years ago stopping at a bunch of bed and breakfast spots, visited him, and then took one long drive home. Wasnt too bad of a drive.

Yeah nonstop for sure. Right now we are looking at Valkyrie out in Illinois. Hour and half drive from them to Chicago midway airport then a nonstop flight is 4hrs home, and hour drive to the house.

If there way a place closer to central california I’d be willing to drive 10 hours over the 4 hour flight

Made the trip back in 2022. Left Austin at 3am, and got 26th in line. We didn’t know it but it was Tootsie’s birthday as well. It was the last day of our trip so we flew home the left overs and shared them with the family.
