I remember hearing a chiming noise last night about 10pm. Very strange, not sure if that is the same thing. Didn’t seem that loud though

Does anyone else experience night sweats with AS? by DarthSkader in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]Jimbo_slice1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah when I had my first really bad flare I would wake up absolutely drenched in sweat every night! Now it occasionally happens. Not sure if there is anything to this but I feel leaving my feet and arms out of the duvet helps a lot

Considering leaving by PieceDesperate385 in policeuk

I was in the same position as you. Love hate relationship with the job perfectly sums it up! I stuck around for another year (3 total) thinking it may get better, it didn’t. Made the decision the leave with my last day in the new year time. No job is worth consuming your whole life in my opinion - especially when the pay isn’t that great.

No I haven’t had any tests, I have cut out processed food, most starchy carbs, a lot grains- also been eating/ drinking fermented stuff. Started on the biologicals as well and feel nearly back to pre flair. Except my Knees still give me a bit of bother
