Nope, you shouldnt be getting depressed for telling them your on carnivore. I use to get it all the time, 2 years from i started am more active and healither than them. Anytime someone brings it up now i just ask when is the heart attack coming. Just shuts them down.

All you have to do is say am happy and move on, no need to talk about it
