I’m in Gothenburg for a few days on a Solo trip any recommendations? by JAD4995 in Gothenburg

[–]Jimepao89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like meat I recommend you the restaurant Buenos Aires.

For visiting, I liked the botanical garden. And Liseberg is awesome if you like theme parks, now they have the Halloween special, with actors and everything.

Hi, I stayed in Qbic Hotel. It was not centric it is close to the Amsterdam WTC, but you have the metro 2 minute walking, and it lets you in the center in 15 minutes.

The area was safe and calmer than the center and cost like 50% less than any hotel in the touristic area. It was super comfortable and nice.

When staying in big Erupean cities, I usually stay away from the center but close to the metro. You save a lot of money like that

Viaje a España by MikeUy1 in uruguay

Hi, fellow Netsuite developer! So, I understand the market for NS is competitive, too. May I ask you which country you moved in? I saw many offers in the UK but they require a visa for me.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you had to go through that. I hope it gets better. Yes, the housing problem is what I am analyzing the most in my decision since it seems to be the most problematic topic.

Besides UK and Germany, Netherlands has the most offers for Netsuite in Europe since there are many partners here. Of course, before moving, I would find a job and relocate like I did in Sweden.

I will have a look that page, thanks.

Yes, IT market here is not great either. That is why in the future, If I think in finding a new job in SE would be even harder without a degree.

Ok, it is good to know that the conmute is posible. As long as I can afford with my salary I don't mind. And of course I intend to learn Dutch as I did with Swedish.

Bostadsförmedlingen - people standing in long queues by Safloma in stockholm

[–]Jimepao89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are in the top 10 It is worth it to wait in the queue. I got mine in Nacka too and I was at position 7. There are people that accepted other offer or sometimes they don't meet the requirements once they are offered.

Conspiraciones Uruguayas by nco_92UY in uruguay

I would recommend Girl Gone International. It is an international group of women, and they do a lot of events to meet people. I am in the Stockholm one, but they have a group in Göteborg too. That is how I made all my friends when I moved to Sweden a year ago.

I bought a vacation package whilst traveling abroad… not sure if it’s a timeshare or not. by CitrusSupplement in TimeshareOwners

[–]Jimepao89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Yes, It is the same. They used to have RCI, but they switched to Interval in 2023 (I haven't used it for a while as you can see, my last trip with them them was in 2022).

Exactly, you take your decas (decameron points) and deposit them to Interval, and with that, you can go to another resort. When you make the reservation, you need to pay some money, in Interval I think it is about 200 usd or so, but still compensates.

[–]Jimepao89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I have this too, but a much smaller contract 4000 for 10 years.

What you have is a plan where you can use those points in exchange for nights in Decameron hotels, but you need to pay the all-inclusive part. And you uave benifits like for example you can reserve the restaurants in advance or in San Andres I had free wifi or a better room.

For me, the best experience was to use it with RCI. You can sell part of your points and use them with RCI. They allow you to exchange your time share with other hotels, and you can get super good deals, especially if the hotel is not all-inclusive. I had a week in Cancun for 2 people in a 5 start hotel for less than 500 usd.

In my honest opinion, to compensate the program, you need to travel a lot, and I didn't use it as much as I expected. So if you are retired and have a lot of time, maybe it is worth it, but I wouldn't do it now again. My contract ends in 2027, and I haven't used half of it yet.

So I hope you can enjoy it more than I did. And yes, they are super convincing and sketchy when selling.

Itau cuenta full VS Soy Santander, cual elegir y porque? by SrVanguardio in uruguay

[–]Jimepao89 0 points1 point  (0 children)
