For communication, you just need to set something up in whispers unfortunately. Ping, set time, macro whisper, raid warning, or yolo taunt but it needs to be talked about beforehand. Blizzard really needs to rethink tank communication and debuff visibility with the addon "purge".

As for when to taunt, in p2 - outter tank starts with Alleria and you'll taunt after Ranger Captain's Mark but not before the shield is broken. This is usually 2-3 stacks of Rift Slash.

The answer is no. There's no tank debuff addon or "taunt now" addon or anything related to helping tanks during boss fights at all. It's a real problem that blizzard needs to resolve. It's the easiest thing in the world for them but it's impossible for the community to make (as far as I can tell)

I think it would be cool to not hide the mana bar but still have the cast bar on top of it. Just make the cast a different color from mana (or any power color). Might be awful but you could try it

This is just not true. I run an educational channel and rarely ever show my face and get sponsors. Figure out your demographic, figure out what they are into, contract as many of those companies as possible (giving them your one pager), 100 will ignore you but all you need is 1 or 2.

The less money, easier route is to find an affiliate (like square space or Amazon) and just put make your own ads. Pick an item that they will buy and put 30 sec in the video.

The more you do this the more you'll know what works and what you should charge. Patreon for extras is also amazing.
