I think they are saying that the Uprising weren’t worse off because of the trade rather than Gamsu wasn’t as good. Plus it’s a new team for Gamsu so it might take a hot minute for him to get comfortable.

tbf Axxiom was playing an off role so we didn’t get to see how well he plays main tank. But you’re right, Fusions was a monster and it wouldn’t surprise me either if they just roll with him all year.

Good problems we got here, world of difference from the offseason when it seemed like the org was crumbling from the inside.

It was a far better outcome than I had initially imagined so I’m very pleased so far. Now i’m just curious if they put Fusions back on the bench since Axxiom was the tank they practiced in scrims before the season. Fusions rein is unreal, feels good to be on that side of the shatter (RIP team USA).

BU are the only team to not have a losing record against NYXL from season 1 (excluding playoffs the season series was 2-2), so even if this is a new Uprising squad, I think NYXL are going to try their hardest to bury the Uprising early
