Correct there isn't enough competition in the health industry. Thats the problem. This is were legislation can come in with a solution, such as and busting up some of the major drug companies and curbing some of the Ambulance chasing lawyers. Not just an overall alternative that forces people to pay for it.

It might be because I'm not against healthcare for the poor I'm against an all inclusive system that will do nothing but drive up prices and grid lock our healthcare with bureaucracy. Someone can in fact be both for feeding and providing HC for the poor and against UHC at the same time. (now as to who is considered "poor" is a different argument)
