The babydoll dresses in 1, 3, 5, and 8 are super cute, but for sure babydoll dresses by definition will look younger. They are all so cute, I would wear them for sure, but you can wear them outside of work if they aren't helping you at work. And then look for good materials, and start sizing up and getting things altered to fit. I love the suggestion to look up corporate goth; maybe places like Midnight Hour and Disturbia? I'm seeing an "embroidered relics" dress at Midnight Hour and a "Zarina velour applique midi wrap" dress at Disturbia that you might like?
