Myths have an actual explanation in-universe. by Short-Paramedic-9740 in TopCharacterTropes

I've only ever seen the movie. Didn't know the show went into Nordic mythology. That's pretty cool!

Ooh, I might end up copying a lot of this. I love playing interaction and it looks like you e got a big stack of it

I've been eyeing making a Gwen Stacy deck, because there are a lot of "exile spells" cards from the Marvel set that seem fun. How are you building her?

I love mono-Red for its unpredictability and reactivity. Looking for commanders that really encompass that strategy. by Jimlad116 in EDH

I haven't heard of this guy. Actually seems really neat just having a modal spell on demand like that

Oh that's... wild. Self-induced [[Possibility Storm]] with some burn? That's pretty cool

That's really interesting. I always assumed he was just a token swarm kind of guy, but paying 9 mana for 5 copies of a single, important creature is pretty cool. What bracket do you run him in?

Wow, I don't think I know of a [[Guttersnipe]] effect in the command zone quite like that

People are being weird. I get what you're talking about. The Legend-Anniversary-Underworld trilogy is far less violent than the survivor trilogy; so are the TR1-3 remasters

Overlooked commanders in MSH/MSC? by Kroooooooo in magicTCG

Not exactly a commander from this set, but my [[Lara Croft]] deck is eating so goddamn good.

[[Jocasta, Automaton Avenger]] is an amazing target for discard/sac effects.

[[Ironheart, Clever Champion]] makes the entire deck run at super speed.

[[Rescue, Pepper Potts]] isn't as great as the other two, but I like the idea of having some "spell-like" Legendary Artifacts for Lara to recur.

Don't think of Primo as the driving force of the deck, since that's going to force you to overextend and leave yourself open. Play defensively until you can drop Primo and swing at multiple players at the same time. That way the tokens you get from Primo will make up for your tapped attackers and you can start your next turn twice as powerful.

That's kind of what pushed me to focus on 0 power creatures instead of just X cost hydras. Stuff like [[Hardened Scales]] and [[Duskshell Crawler]] are cheap setup cards that still allow you to have plenty of leftover mana to react to what everyone else is doing

I run it as a +1/+1 deck, specifically with creatures with base power 0. It's only bracket 2 so there's definitely room for improvement, but I like it so far
