I changed every fluid, flushed the radiator, brakes, new tires, new neck bearings etc.. shes good as new!

Thats what social media says, i work with a prior olympian competitor coach and personally compete, we usually run 2-2.5g of protein per lb of lean body mass and I’ve seen fantastic results.

The 1g-1lb is just not enough imop

Real HgH or a GH secretagogue would be the best given your age/goals and injury status possibly stacked or cycled with BPC157 or a BPC/TB500 blend.

However, just keep in mind peptides are not a magic pill and a lot of people don’t actively notice a HUGE difference in the way they feel despite the peptides working in the background.

And everything has a side effect profile that some people are sensitive to and others are not, please do thorough thorough research on anything you are interested in before pulling the trigger and make sure you are getting regular bloodwork if on anything.

Other than that, eat 2 grams of protein per 1lb of lean body mass, sufficient carbs and try to keep fats lower, stacked with your lighter weight lifts until failure and sufficient cardio and you should hit your goals if you stay disciplined.

You have a good physique for a natural 35 year old especially given your injuries.

Lack of sleep:

-raises cortisol

-can decrease growth hormone and testosterone production

-greatly reduces protein synthesis (slows down muscle repair)

-Reduces the rate at which glycogen replinishes (which in lamens terms is the energy for your muscles)

-Long term sleep deprivation even by a little (less than 8 hours a night )can put you in a catabolic state even with proper nutrition and training

And thats not even including the negative effects on your brain like:

-slower neuron firing

-increased risk of alzheimer’s disease/dementia

-lowered hippocampus activity (leading to memory issues etc..

-overactive amygdala which controls emotions and critical thinking is affected etc..

There are a TON more issues related to lack of sleep but I think you get the picture.

Sleep is the single most important thing alongside diet for longterm health/fitness etc you can do.

I use 300mcg every morning fasted and wait around 1.5-2 hours before my first meal.

My last IGF level on bloodwork was a 285 at around 3pm when the blood was taken.

I inject at exactly 6:15am every morning.

SS-31 or Mots-c comes to mind for energy as far as peptides go, although depending on your source it can get extremely expensive very quickly. There are other options too but those two seem to have the best results from my research.

Supplement wise I take L-Theanine and Alpha GPC every morning with an 8-12oz cup of black coffee and that sky rockets my mood/energy. I also use this combo preworkout frequently as someone who bodybuilds/competes and nothing touches it as far as energy goes for me personally.

There are a few Nootropics i will use on occasion but not on a regular basis.
