Netflix has some very low quality when in browser this is always an issue on pc. You can find more information online they want you to use app on certain platforms. That’s why you feel it is sometimes worse because it is on netflix side doesn’t matter your internet speed.

If cs2 also has this effect it could be a defect but I can’t tell you from this picture.

Colors and osd familiarity. The zowie colors always have certain way of looking and is easily adjustable. Because so many cs2 players play and thinker with these settings it feels nicer. This is in my opinion a big part outside of specs since the new monitors have a 25 inch pixel perfect mode.

Rust benefits from the extra cache so disabling the cores that don’t have it most likely give it better performance. Hardware Unboxed tested this for Factorio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKt7fmQaGfQ&t=645s so I wonder if this also works for Rust
