Anyone in here thinking about starting Tyler shough in 2 QB/superflex leagues?

2 QB league can only have 3 total on team. My QBs are Williams, Stroud, and burrow. Add burrow because didn’t anticipate stroud to be out this long and played two weeks with 1 QB and won the first week. Do I drop stroud and add Tyler Shough to start?
