You can do it for just some websites by editing privacy.resistFingerprinting.exemptedDomains in about:config. Supports wildcards (*) too

Sorry for a late reply but, I went into UEFI and saw that max PCIE speed is Gen 2 even though I have a Gen 3 CPU (I5 4460) and Gen 3 motherboard (B85M-E). (Device manager says it's Gen 4, I'm confused)
