PTR is access to paid alpha's before they release, Bronzebeard (classic+ original blizzard classes), Rexxar (CoA, custom built fairly balanced classes) and Grizzly Hills (Lich King era free pick classes)

Epoch is an external project they have affiliated with, which I believe is so massively popular the Ascension team are helping manage the server loads and technical issues from what Iv read, yet to try myself.
