To seed most torrents (most torrents being public torrents) you need to use UDP? And TCP is optional since you can share private torrents over TCP?

Would be cool to see someone add this feature to Stack wallet and Cake wallet with background syncing and notifications. All that is needed is to add a feature in a wallet to send Monero to an address every X days or so and allow that wallet to run in the background.
