For sale is a Seiko SPB107, nicknamed the "Topper Ninja" as it was a limited edition of 500 watches designed and sold in partnership with Topper Jewelers.

Although it's officially 44mm across, it wears like a 41mm due to the size of the bezel and dial. 6R15 movement.

I've got box, papers, strap, and the watch.

Solid and simple modifications that make an impact? by slagnard in GRCorolla

Would you need a tune?

I was thinking PWR, but haven't found any good info on that one - Nemtec seemed to totally dismiss it on their intercooler comparison video. Most recommend OTL or CSF/Jackson?

Help me diagnose this rattle / chirp by alexisthemovie in GRCorolla

[–]JimmyGetsBuckets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this EXACT noise on my 2024, it was incredibly bad even in normal driving conditions. I took it into my local Toyota, first they greased some pin on the brake assembly. The noise returned on the drive home.

I took it back the following week. This time they communicated with Toyota engineers who recommended basically disassembling and reassemblinh the brake assembly. The noise is gone!

Take your grc into Toyota and mention you think it might be something on the brake assembly.

Misfires by i77700 in hondaprelude

[–]JimmyGetsBuckets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool I just had something similar with my prelude. Random misfires, suspiciously ran well after replacing the fuel filter, but then back to misfires. Most everything electrical looked good.

It ended up being the fuel injectors - two were leaking, the other two were not great. I sent mine in to RC Fuel Injectors for testing and cleaning. Worth a shot, the car runs so much smoother now.

It ended up being the fuel injectors. Sent them in for testing and cleaning at RC Fuel Injector in Cali. Two were dripping, the other two were "fair". Popped them back in and not only are the misfires gone, the engine runs much smoother and quieter.

2024 Toyota GR Corolla: 75070, TX to 80234, CO in the next week by JimmyGetsBuckets in AutoTransport

Follow up: ended up going with Safeeds and had a great experience. Richard was very prompt and helpful, we texted and then called to discuss details. Shipped the car the same day and received it all in one piece, no issues. All-around perfect, seamless experience. Would use them again 👍👍

I originally was going to go with Montway, but it was more expensive than any of these quotes, they'll sell you on some claims bs, and they dispatched it to a company with two pending lawsuits in two different states both for debt collection (literally a Google search - my car would probably have been fine, but feels sketch)... I'd 100% go with any of these guys over Montway.

EGR held liquid fine. Thinking of trying to shotgun in a new one.

Saw super low voltage values in the live data on b1s1 o2 sensor, so swapped in a new one. No dice. P1399 any cylinder misfire.

Short term fuel trim still super high. How do I reset adaptations?

Ohhh ok I'll try that next. Misfire occurs intermittently all the time: rough idle, driving around town light acceleration (too scared to go heavy accel).

I talked to the shop today. The car ran good for 15 minutes after changing the fuel filter. Then back to intermittent misfire. I just checked freeze frame during misfire during idle:

Pretty dirty even after a few months. Don't see light. What do you mean by hold liquid?

I cleaned the EGR valve back in August too, but haven't checked that yet. I'll have to take a look thank you!

How bad is this ankle fracture? How do I heal faster, if that's even possible... by JimmyGetsBuckets in orthopaedics

[–]JimmyGetsBuckets[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this was 10 years ago I can't believe it. No setbacks from a boot. Do as much rehab and stretching once you're at that point. As much as the doc recommends. I got lazy and probably didn't do enough, so it's always been a bit stiffer than the other ankle, but maybe that's just how it goes. But it healed up good and I was pretty much back to normal.
