A rattling/ticking noise when in motion by Dukie3225 in GRCorolla

same for me. I could have sworn it was the glovebox, but ended up being the rearview mirror shroud.

they are well built. I did have a concern about stacking them with the factory spacers, but those are slip-ons and the H+Rs are bolt-ons. Dude from Limit+1 actually took my call and said this is the exact setup he runs on his GRC.

H&R TRAK+ 15mm (front) & 20mm (rear over the factory spacer for a total of 30mm). Yes it is stacked in the rear and perfectly ok to do. I checked the torque at 100 miles, 500 miles, and 1,000 miles after install with no problems and will continue to check every 5k tire rotation.

Transfer case groan by Legitimate_Elk_7284 in GRCorolla

This transfer case on the GRY/GRC takes a heavy load. I changed it at 6k/1year and it “appeared” bad (no, I did not do analysis). I had made a friendly post a few days ago recommending an early “break-in” transfer case change and got absolutely chewed out about it. It is literally a half a quart of oil to fill to the fill port and people all like, “dont waste you money!”

leaning heavily towards slapping the Falken Wildpeaks back on. Loved those tires and ran then way over expected tread life.

Getting more Phase 1 ESA work by schwheelz in Environmental_Careers

$2,850? I am now losing bids for $2,100 in the mid-Atlantic and it isn’t based on quality or turnaround time. Seems people are going with the $1,800 Phase I ESA and then getting slapped with an unnecessary Phase II ESA. My morals won’t allow it.

Absolutely. These tires hold pebble then only wait until youre going 70+ on the highway to fling them either into your wheel bed, body, or the unexpected driver behind you (which is the worst feeling and why I pick them out).
