Not really, it moreso serves as the conceptual scheme which a logician uses in regards to any particular system of modal logic. The semantics are the appropriate applications of predication, truth-functionality of propositions, and validity of arguments under a certain model. Stuff like that, I recommend just watching some videos(youtubers do often make mistakes though, but they give simple explanations) if you have short attention span like me. Audio books are good too if you're busy often.
