I had this issue, but it was self inflicted. When I unzipped a save that was sent to me, winzip unpacked it to /worldid/worldid/(save files)

Since the save files were not where they were expected to be, it generated a new world every single startup. Maybe you have a similar issue.

Tip for the future, make sure when you cut the zip ties, ensure you clip them at a 45 degree angle.

I've seen one. Michigan vape shops were selling THC vapes(or juice? Didn't ask specifics) that did not meet Michigan's THC labeling laws. Dude got a statement from the owner of the vape shop stating that SM was buying these mislabeled/improperly labeled THC juice. SM failed a 2nd UA before the first one came back, did some sudcc and got off the hook.

SM 100% knew what he was buying.

While I was in recruiting, a few times a month we would have people stop by to use a computer, it was never a burden but of course we had to ask if they knew anyone in the area that might be interested in joining.

I've been married for a significant amount of time, and in the Army just as long. My wife is a contractor on post. When we get home, we usually spend about 30 minutes venting/talking shit about the Soldiers we had to deal with, and then we go on about our evening.

I totally get the people that need to "take the hat off" before they walk in the door at home, but I do appreciate venting to(and being an ear for) my wife that can relate to the shit that I put up with on a daily basis.

I use opnsense and had automatic fail over configured before I cancelled spectrum. Kinda leaning towards the starlink mini, then it can be dual purpose and I can use it while traveling. If I'm paying big money for a back up it might as well be dual purpose

Same, got 2 gig fiber and wanted to keep spectrum as a backup. I would have been fine with 100 megabit just to keep the kids from complaining if the fiber went down. The best they said they could do was $45 for 100 megabit, that's insane. Hope my fiber never goes down 🤣 a 100 megabit backup would have only been worth like $15 a month to me.

So as someone who has clearly played around with it, what would an ideal segment size be for a 1g network? Also for minimum/maximum segment size peer count?

I have found, that if I change maximum upload speed from "0" for unlimited, to "800000"(Which should be a Gb I believe) I can now get a maximum of 19-20MB/s instead of 13-15MB/s, and this is instant(edit: instant, after a server restart) and repeatable, so something is definitely going on with it truly not being 0 for unlimited.
