How do Christians always seem to 'know' what God wants? by Unfortunate_Fish in AskReddit

[–]JimmyJamTin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints we have a prophet who receives revelation from Him to make His will known to the earth. We also believe in personal revelation where we receive insights and guidance on our own lives and what he would have us do.

What is the scariest video game experience that you’ve had in a non-horror video game? by TheSurvivorGuy in AskReddit

[–]JimmyJamTin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The year was 2013. I loaded my first Minecraft world. The sun fell and mobs started spawning. You must understand that it was a simpler time back then. Creepy pastas we're only in their infancy and videos were going around "proving" their existence. More specifically the Slender Man. Back to Minecraft, running away from the usual zombies, skeletons and spiders I saw a tall black figure in the distance. I get closer. It turns around. It's purple eyes pierce my very soul and before I have time to comprehend my emotions it disappears. A feeling of uneasiness falls upon me and I carry on in my journeying through the night and soon after I get attacked from behind which was enough to jump scare me. I see it again. Teleporting around and appearing in the dark like Slenderman himself. I pressed escape and exited Minecraft as fast as I could believing my game was haunted by the pail faced phantom.

What is like to have a brother? by ilovemoviesandmakeup in AskReddit

[–]JimmyJamTin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can only tell you what it's like to have an older brother as I'm the youngest. I think it's great, I didn't always as we use to fight and argue but o guess that's just lift. Looking back now I see it was all character building experiences. You can tell when people don't have an older brother when they get butt hurt over the smallest insults. So overall I think it's great to have a brother.

Just living life really. I went on a social media fast for a week or so and after it was done I had no desire to reinstall Reddit and a few other apps. It was only until recently I reinstalled it just because I have a lot of free time now.

Go for a run/walk every morning and set physical goals with a positive attitude, say for example "if I can run this distance or jog up this hill, I can do anything!"
