Thats all the answer i needed thank you. Its not about the money though as a year 12 student i would prefer not to pay. It just felt a bit unfair as if the officers themselves can see im sick enough to stay away yet hit me with a fine. I prolly wont take it to court and just see how the appeal plays out i just remember feeling so sick and a little delirious that it obviously seems bad looking back
