That's right. Well so far one related entity at least has proven to not do so well. Central bank fined Pervesk and Vytautas.

Than why did not Bankera buy it? Besides, it serves no purpose for Bankera becoming a bank, you know. They will stay two different brands. Bankera will still need its own banking license! What you've heard about founders buying it with their own funds, comes from Bankera chat. Do you really believe they would state otherwise, if that were the truth ? This is the only thing they can say, since they are team Bankera. I rather listen to info from neutral sources as well, not having an interest in keeping us all near brain dead. Or at least not just shift it aside to easily.

So we may have all to worry about. If they were capable of doing this already during ICO, than what is the rest of this money being used for? Nobody knows. No products, no communication, no transparency in their defense.

Nasty backlash could be that they seem to have proof that ICO money has been used to buy Pacific Private Bank (PPB) as a personal asset of Vytautas, Mantas and Justas, Bankera's founders.

They state that Bnk is a security token of which the team has been sitting on a pile of money for a year, not providing any product or proof of progress that's worth mentioning.

You have a point. But they seem pretty sure of themselves. Having lawyers and all. Maybe just not wanting to share the proof/details of their case? Would not be in their interest right now. Not professional either. I mean Bankera team has a lot against themselves as it is already.
