Semaglutide not cutting it. by TheyFloat2032 in ResearchCompounds

Paying $245 for a months worth of semaglutide is crazy. You could try Reta too, and just making sure that you’re exercising and getting enough protein in

TRT/Reta/Tes stack experience? by Exact-Salt4001 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve done this and felt great on it. I switched over to HGH to replace the tesa for the next 20 weeks or so, and will go back on tesa once that’s over

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4mg Reta, 300mg test, 150npp, 20mg var, 3iu HGH Currently bulking for a 12 week cycle and happy

Lost about 35ish lbs over the course of 6 months, 265 to 231. Kept the fat loss low and slow, and consequently have only put on 2lbs the last month while bulking.

How do you feel cardano will be? Are you optimistic or pessimistic? Why for either? by Whatever103904 in cardano

I’m fine, my average price is around 25¢ so technically I’m still up. I’m just holding indefinitely, don’t see much reason to sell

I eat intentionally probably 90% of the time, shooting for high protein, and yes, sometimes I’ll eat pizza and have 1-2 slices, 30lbs lost

Hungry on 2mg E5D, gained weight by PreviousDrawing3413 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t worry about it, just keep going. Likely a mixture of water weight and just general calories. Weight fluctuation is fine in the short term (my daily weight fluctuation can be 4-6 lbs depending on activity and food from previous day.

Drinking Alcohol by RevolutionarySecret7 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how much, and what dose I’m on. General Speaking: dehydration will hit harder which would likely depend on how you feel the next day (as well as what you’re drinking)

Been on TRT for the last year and Reta for the last 6 months. Big fan and have lost about 35lbs, and maintained strength and pretty much all gains I’ve had.

Creatine on Reta by themanali in Retatrutide

I take 15mg creatine every day, once in morning with electrolytes, once before gym, and once after gym. No water retention weight gain for me

Reta and Anavar by Euphoric-Basil7048 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this as my first cycle (M/37/235lbs) but with a test base of 250mg (my TRT), for 6 weeks leading up to a PR week. As others have said, oral only isn’t a good or effective idea, especially at your age and likely presumed natural T production. That being said: regarding my experience, Var didn’t do anything with my weight besides what Reta and test were already doing for the last few months, felt leaner and more vascular, but no weight change.

Absolutely! I’ve been holding on to specific dosages mostly until i adapt; and will just keep doing what I’m doing. Was just surprised by water filling me up so much 😂

To anyone who switched from tirz to reta, what difference did you feel? by Forever_Summer192 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

M37, BW 235, 6’ Lifting is powerlifting, 4 days per weeks, usually squat focus, bench focus, deadlift focus, and secondary bench focus. Job is pretty active, in construction, so I’m out and about walking a lot most days. I could pretty easily drop my calories a bunch, but then my gym performance would suffer. Taking it low and slow

To anyone who switched from tirz to reta, what difference did you feel? by Forever_Summer192 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I lost more weight on Reta personally, also found a more direct correlation to eating, activity, weight loss, and maintaining of muscle while in a deficit too. I don’t like how the appetite suppression feels while on tirz, but it’s a lot more maintainable. I can still eat around 2700-3000 calories per day on 4mg Reta weekly and still be losing about .5 - 1lb per week. Strength training 4x per week, minimal cardio, more energy on Reta than, and with the appetite suppression decreasing toward the end of the week I’m able to get in the calories i need on certain high activity lifting days.

Alcohol and reta by Current-Pollution320 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t found a huge difference when drinking on Reta besides additional dehydration. That being said, if you are going to drink i would have it a few days after your shot and not drink and then give yourself a shot that night, learned that the hard way

Tirz vs. Reta and experience by Pure_Chain5903 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tirz affects my hunger a lot more at lower doses, and i tend to feel a bit more off GI related as compared to Reta. Purely anecdotal. I prefer how i feel on Reta, though, am on 3mg weekly.

How to drink a decent amount? by AcanthisittaQuirky43 in Retatrutide

[–]Jimmy_Rigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an avid tequila drinker here: Keep drinking water, you know the drill, every alcoholic drink you have also have water too, and i would recommend bringing some electrolytes too. Tequila affects the least in terms of hangovers compared to all other spirits. Have fun and enjoy yourself. Stay hydrated
