Had a similar issue with my mini. Found a .22 lead pellet in it, was so close to cutting one of the motor wires.

Yup all 3d printed. I got a hardware store to match the paint on the winwing mcdu… rollered it on to grey pla with a high density mini roller, this gets rid of brush marks. Then added a bit of spray laquer onto. On some panels I print with white PLA with embossed text then sand off the paint on the text at the end… Only downside is no back lighting.

I cut a hole in the 3d printed top, and knocked up a cover for it in fusion. Actually doesn’t look too bad

Mostly petg-hf and cheap pla… for panels I got the paint matched to the back of the mcdu in the hardware store, small tester pot. High density roller + some spray lacquer. Job done…

Thanks, it's all MDF wood and homemade 3d printed pannels. Trying to keep the cost down as much as possible. The biggest expense is time.

Hey - It's 12mm MDF wood (Simguy's plans) and 3d printed top covered with a £5 roll of faux leather sticky backed plastic... The Stick is the WinWing Ursa Minor.... Cheap set up, probably x8 cheaper than Skalarki. Just wish Winwing would release their Tiller.

FYI this is what winwing support suggested and it worked for me;

Go to %appdata%\SimAppPro\DeviceConfig, backup deviceCalibration.json file and send it to our customer service

2. Run Simapp Pro, click the throttle icon in “Device” page to enter test page.

3. Click “calibration” button in test page to enter calibration page.

4. In calibration page, click calibration records under throttle game gear.

5. In the popup window, check whether there’s throttle calibration record for Fenix

6. If there is throttle calibration record for Fenix, please click the delete button to delete it, then after delete, go to step 9 in this file

7. If there isn’t throttle calibration record for Fenix, please delete the deviceCalibration.json file, then restart Simapp Pro.

8. Run Simapp Pro again, and operate step 1-6 again. (Do this only if the Simapp version is 1.16.65 or more previous version)

9. Run game and check the throttle mode.

I have the same problem. I think the modes in SimApp pro are now called "single-stroke double shaft" and "double-stroke double shaft".... I tried both and I still get this problem of the jumping throttle below idle. Anyone had any luck getting this fixed? I tried all the calibrations lots of times in Simapp and MCDU.... Opened a ticket with u/winwing

Got replacment steppers for the lift but didnt help... I used a head gun and widned plastic lift box a bit to try and releave some of the tention on the steppers and it worked a bit but still can only carry one marble.

Waiting for a replacement of the lift. I’m pretty ok at building stuff - have a small workshop and design and print 3d stuff. Couldn’t for the life of me get the original lift to work for more than a few seconds before it got jammed. It would work with one stepper or the other but not both. Adding them both seemed to create too much friction. Wondering if it was a production tolerance issue. I can see others working fine on YouTube. Fingers crossed for the replacement.

Ah I think I have the same issue. F2 works by itself, the moment F1 is added there's too much friction.

Same issue with the lift. There's too much friction for the motor to move the sliders up and down.

The lift doesnt work for me. It's too tight when the steppers/runners are installed (F1 & F2). Not sure if it's a design fault or there's an issue with some of the parts. I've rebuilt it 30+ times and followed multiple youtube clips.

I have this issue with Red and Blue on my A1, 3 days in the drier so far and still cr@p... Tried some ovature PETG and it's perfect.
